We at the Pole & Plumes pride ourselves on providing a first class service in the coaching of pole fitness, burlesque, wellness and confidence building.

If you have always had that little urge to learn the art of pole dancing or burlesque, maybe you just want to get that little bit extra confidence or get yourself in shape for that special occasion, maybe you need a little break from the hustle and bustle of life, or a reset for your working week / weekend, well that’s what Pole & Plumes is for.

Your pole instructor has over 15yrs professional pole dancing experience and is devoted to providing a first class service, whether you are attending a class or one of our one off workshops. Our trusted partners are always of the utmost quality in their field and have worked with us for a number of years.

So come on in, take a peek and see what we have to offer.

We're a busy little studio but you mean the world to us...

Due to high demand for pole fitness classes, we currently have a minimum 6mth waiting list, please bear with us, we are trying to get new classes organised all the time but we do have a unique class structure which we hope benefits our attendees the most.

We don't have capacity for one to one classes at the moment but our class sizes are nice and small so if you're feeling a little nervous, please don't worry, thats one of the reasons our waiting list is so long.

Who wants to learn burlesque?

Our workshops aren't in our regular timetable, we'll let you know when the next one is planned in via soical media or our confidence page.

Remember there are also some other lovely ladies that hold regular classes, the wonderful Trixie Blue holds online and face to face classes based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
