Ebony will be providing you with a brief insight into the history of burlesque and some of its pioneers over the decades, an introduction to robe removal, glove peels and boa work, ending in a short routine and a demo.

Pose - How to make the most of your shape, posing to get those live stage shots, looking after your body (sometimes we forget)

Pause - Slow it down, remember a striptease is just that... a tease. Nerves make us speed things up, let’s take our time, enjoy the stage and the audience

A workshop to help you begin your stage makeup journey in a few simple steps.

This workshop is a nice simple introduction to stage makeup, building a base for you to discover your own makeup style. 

With a bit of practice you will be stage face ready in just 30 minutes!

We will cover the essentials to make your features pop with just a few makeup items, whatever your budget.

Please note: This is a non-refundable/transferable booking. Refund of the workshop will only be given if the class is cancelled by Ebony Silk or Pole & Plumes directly, otherwise full payment is required. 

Venue: Pole & Plumes, Stanhope House Business Centre, 113-117 Stanhope Road South, Darlington, County Durham, DL3 7SF. For accessibility there are a couple of steps up to the main entrance, if required we can provide assistance. There is also a step down into toilet facilities.
